Cynthia
Tripp
Cynthia’s work began with a central question:
What stops people from expressing themselves—and what happens when that expression is restored?
She pursued graduate studies in Stuttgart, Germany, focusing on the inhibition of creativity in children—an exploration into how and why expression becomes blocked.
This led her to further study perception psychology under the guidance of Dr. Jan E. Leestma, co-founder of CINN, deepening her understanding of how people process, interpret, and internalize.
Her work was also influenced by mentorship under Rudolf Arnheim, whose pioneering research explored how visual perception shapes meaning and emotional experience.
What Cynthia Does Now
These foundations didn’t stay theoretical.
In fact, for the past 25+ years in brand development, product design, and teaching painting, Cynthia began to see a pattern:
People weren’t stuck because they lacked ideas or discipline.
They were stuck because something hadn’t been processed.
That realization led to the development of her approach by integrating methods in creative release with structured forward movement.
You don’t have to stay stuck in frustration, overwhelm, or uncertainty.
There is a way to move forward—one that allows you to process what you’re carrying, express it, and take clear, meaningful steps ahead.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident, and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. The latter will take care of itself. It always does.
